Welcome to Tighlochan Pods, a luxury glamping experience in the Highlands of Scotland. We are a young family that moved into our Tighlochan home in January 2020. We have lived in the Scottish Highlands since 2010. During that time our clan has grown and we now have three young children. It has always been a highlight for us to bring friends and family to the area and share its beauty and wonder. Our aim is to share our idyllic spot in Scourie on the North Coast 500, and provide the perfect staycation.
Our Pods
The first of our pods Quinag was finished in May 2022. We since added Arkle in May 2023 and Handa in March 2025. The pods are designed and equipped to the highest standards, with the aim to deliver a luxury glamping experience. After your stay in our pods we want you to feel relaxed, well rested and ready for your next adventure.

Yes, all towels and linen are provided.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, parking is available on site. The parking is just a short walk 50m from the pods.
We are arriving late will this be a problem?
No, we will be able to accommodate you in almost all circumstances.
Is there cooking facilities?
